This Terms of Use and Privacy Policy governs your access to buttomorrow.org (“Site”) and the manner in which Philip L. & Noëlle C. Loving “But Tomorrow” Foundation (“But Tomorrow”) collects, uses, maintains and discloses information collected from users (“Users”) of its Site. The Privacy Policy does not apply to information collected offline.

But Tomorrow is a Virginia nonstock corporation tax-exempt in accordance Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. But Tomorrow’s principal address is 2260 Cardiff Way, North Chesterfield, VA 23236.
The Site
But Tomorrow may periodically publish information on the Site. Unless otherwise indicated, information published to the Site may be accessed and utilized by Users pursuant to a Creative Commons license: by Attribution. But Tomorrow cares about your privacy and has adopted this Terms of Use and Privacy Policy to govern how we interact with you and your information when you visit the Site.
Personal identification information
We may collect personal identification information from Users in a variety of ways, including, but not limited to, when Users visit our Site, contact us through the email address listed on the Site, subscribe to receive additional information, fill out a form, make a donation or apply for assistance, to the extent that such features are currently enabled on the Site. Users may be asked for their name, email address, mailing address, phone number, credit card information or other information to complete a form, as applicable to the Users interaction with the Site. How But Tomorrow uses collected information

- To process donations or assistance requests: We may use the information Users provide about themselves when making a donation or assistance request to provide service to that donation or assistance request. We share this information with outside parties to the extent necessary to process the donation or assistance request.
- To send periodic emails: We may use the email address to send Users information and updates pertaining to their donation or assistance request. It may also be used to respond to their inquiries, questions, and/or other requests. If a User decides to opt-in to our mailing list, they will receive emails that may include But Tomorrow news, updates, related product or service information, etc. If at any time the User would like to unsubscribe from receiving future emails, we include detailed unsubscribe instructions at the bottom of each email or the User may contact us via our Site.
- Research and programming purposes: We may use the information Users provide about themselves to evaluate the success of But Tomorrow’s mission, analyze Site usage, and improve our Site’s content, layout, and services, or to inform the projects But Tomorrow supports in furtherance of its mission.
We may inform Users of other purposes at the time that we collect some forms of information.
How But Tomorrow protects your information
We have adopted appropriate data collection, storage and processing practices and security measures to protect against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or destruction of your personal information, transaction information and data stored on our Site.
